How does it work?
During a session focussing on your specific issue, you begin tapping very gently on certain points on the face and upper body. These points are the ends of energy meridians.
Recent research shows that “tapping” on these acupoints generates an electrical signal known as Mechanosensory Transduction which is understood to deactivate the amygdala in the brain.
EFT then allow you to safely access and release the distressing components of a memory (known as memory reconsolidation)
Through the process you identify unresolved events/memories, releasing any related trauma, emotional blocks, and unhealthy beliefs such as “I’ll never be good enough”, “I’ve tried so many times to lose weight, It’s just not possible”. Allowing you to move forward in a healthy and positive way.
The EFT techniques are very easy to use, during sessions you organically learn the basic technique which can be used anywhere on yourself.
