Do you want to feel calm and in control ready to sit your exams?

I will create a safe environment where it is OK to talk about stress.

You will leave with practical techniques that you can use on yourself at any time. Allowing you to feel calmer, more confident and in control.

Along with an understanding of the:

  • Connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
  • Significance of fear and the physical symptoms you may be experiencing
  • Fight/Flight/Freeze response

 

This workshop is for you if you are experiencing:

  • Anxiety over failing
