Tools that you can use almost immediately in any situation where those emotions such as anxiety, stress, anger, hopeless, helplessness, sadness take over. My personal experience at this game of life

I considered myself to be someone who had a positive outlook on life, exercised, practised meditation and in the main ate healthy. Yet somehow I experienced burnout or as the medical profession would label it as ME – a very challenging few years! I had no idea at the time how this had happened.  I was completely exhausted with no light in sight. I lived alone with my 3 beautiful young children who were my shining light. Anyone who is a parent will understand the highs and lows that no one prepares you for………. I had personally mastered how to show up as having it all handled this wasn’t a conscious decision it became a way of life that I had learnt over the years but underneath all of that those emotions get buried and can lead to physical and emotional dis-ease.

Through this experience I have learnt so much about how my own limiting beliefs impacted on how I interacted with life and consequently impacted my health. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for the EFT & Journey tools I use to coach my clients with my life would have been very different.

I feel younger, happier and healthier than I did 20 years ago.
